By booking a "Reset" or enrolling in a "Nerd Membership" with Turd Nerds, you (the "Customer") agree to the following legally binding terms:

1. THE BOGO OFFER

The "Buy One, Get One" offer consists of one (1) Initial Reset cleaning at the promotional price of $50, followed by one (1) Maintenance Cleaning the following week at no additional charge.

This offer is valid for new residential customers in Sanpete County only. One per household.

2. THE 12-WEEK MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

By moving into a maintenance plan after the BOGO period, you are entering a binding 12-week service agreement.

Weekly Payment Plan: You authorize Turd Nerds Co. to automatically charge your card $25.00 every seven (7) days for a total of 12 consecutive weeks.

Pay-In-Full Option: Customers who pay the 12-week contract in full upfront receive a 10% discount, bringing the total to $270.00. This payment is non-refundable.

Financial Responsibility: You are contractually responsible for the total value of the 12-week term ($300 for weekly / $270 for upfront).

Early Termination/Buyout: If you wish to cancel service before the 12-week term is complete, you are required to pay a buyout fee equal to 25% of the remaining balance on the contract. This will be charged immediately to the card on file.

3. ACCESS, SAFETY, AND GATES

The "Gate" Rule: If we arrive and cannot gain access to the yard (locked gates, blocked entry, etc.), we will attempt to contact you. If access isn't provided within 5 minutes, the visit is forfeited. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed visits due to lack of access.

Aggressive Dogs: For the safety of our staff, dogs must be kept indoors during the scheduled service window. If an aggressive dog prevents us from completing a sweep, the service is skipped for the day, and you remain financially responsible for that visit.

Gate Security: We provide a "Gate-Locked" photo confirmation upon departure. Turd Nerds Co. is not liable for pets escaping through faulty latches or pre-existing fence damage.

4. YARD CONDITIONS

Debris & Overgrowth: Our "Nerd-Honor" Guarantee is contingent upon a visible lawn. If your yard has tall weeds (over 6 inches) or is covered in heavy leaves/debris, we cannot guarantee a 100% clear sweep.

Hazardous Waste: We scoop pet waste only. We do not handle medical waste, chemicals, or other kinds of waste.

5. THE "NERD-HONOR" GUARANTEE

If we miss a spot, you must notify us via text/email within 24 hours of the service.

We will return to your property within 24 hours to re-scoop the entire yard for free. This is a "service-back" guarantee; no monetary refunds are provided for missed spots.

6. WEATHER AND HOLIDAYS

We service in rain and snow. In the event of extreme weather (lightning, blizzards, or unsafe road conditions), we will reschedule your service for the next available safe day.

We do not service on major holidays. If your service day falls on a holiday, it will be moved to the day immediately before or after.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Turd Nerds Co. is not responsible for lawn discoloration or "burn spots" caused by the natural acidity of pet waste. Our service is strictly for the removal of waste and topical sanitization.
